weekend busy times

Busy sweaty rehearsal Saturday, Texas Rose Dance that night, three sets of tennis with my friend Joe Sunday morning, park play with Peter and the kids later Sunday morning, and two hours of swimming with the kids at open rec swim Sunday afternoon. I was tired and sore during my walk and bike ride today. Losing the hour did not help either. Super fun weekend, but I am BEAT.

Wow, I can't even imagine the impact of trying to play tennis. Ow.

It's A LOT of impact. I played in high school but hadn't really played since. I started last year again with this friend but then my feet got all injured and I just started back again.
