Went to the pool on a deserted Friday afternoon. Got there with only 45 minutes left to swim, so I had to jam on the workout. It was good.
Workout 05/26/06
500 warm up, continuous (300 free, 200 back/breast)
400 kick with board (fr/br)
4X200, 30 secs rest in between (free/back/breast/free)
100 easy
Total=1800 yards, 72 lengths, ~45 minutes
