what a crappy night

I had a really difficult time getting to sleep last night, or should I say, early this morning. My heart was racing and I felt very anxious. I think I finally drifted off sometime after 4am. I know the insomnia is a reaction from not having my meds for several days, then going back on them. That really f**ks with my system. I know better than to do that and I feel stupid for not keeping up wth my prescriptions. If I did, this wouldn't happen.

So, now I am tired. Really very tired. At least the rain has stopped for the time being
