Jan. 10th, 2012 02:48 pmTwo weeks ago I started the 100 push-ups training thing. At the initial test I could 8 regular push-ups without stopping. Last night I did the end of two-weeks test and I could do 17, the most I have perhaps ever been able to do without stopping. So far the most I have done total in a session with rest between sets of no more than 13 is 61. Making progress.
