cjsmith I found this: My Top 25 Jobs which I found to be remarkably accurate (for the most part).
# 1 Teacher-- Ideally, I would be teaching at the university level, or I'd be teaching dance to adults.
# 2 Chef--When I first started grad school my mom was afraid I was going to drop out to go to culinary school. I have seriously considered this line of work.
# 3 Artist--If I could dance full-time I would.
# 4 Author--This is what I assumed I would be doing years ago. I changed to something I could exist of (for now) but I have recently been motivated to get off my ass and start writing seriously.
# 5 Graphic Designer--A line of work I have seriously considered.
# 6 Mathemetician---I liked math a lot in high school and I really enjoy higher-order stats, but not enough to make a career out of it.
# 7 Park Ranger--Not really for me.
# 8 Salesperson---Goddess NO!! Bleah..this should be way down on the list
# 9 Web Designer--Maybe.
# 10 Astronaut---I'm too skittish.
# 11 Chemist--I like chemistry, but not enough to devote my life to it.
# 12 Computer Game Programmer--I like programming OK.
# 13 Doctor--Never--This should be in the 20s..
# 14 Engineer--I started college as an engineering major. That lasted a whole quarter. I think this is on an appropriate place on the list.
# 15 Geneticist--I find it interesting.
# 16 Lawyer--I considered it, but the stress and work-load are not for me.
# 17 Movie Star--yeah, ok...
# 18 Politician--I don't think I could be paid enough.
# 19 Researcher--This should really be higher on my list.
# 20 Rock Star--I would enjoy this if I had real talent.
# 21 FBI Agent--No government work like this for me--bleah.
# 22 Inventor--Not my thing
# 23 Professional Sports Player--If they paid people to swim competetivley I would have been interested. Regardless, I shot my shoulder to hell back in high school which ended
my swimming career :-(
# 24 Reporter--Maybe
# 25 Police Officer--Never in a million years.
