...than throwing-up at work, especially when the bathrooms offer so little privacy. It is bad enough I have puked twice today, but having to worry about my co-workers is not making it any better.

Goddess, I hope I am not getting sick with something new. It is possible this is just migraine onset, or it is related to my somewhat lingering sinus infection. I hope it is not a new flu or something as that would just make me much more overhwhelmed than I can handle.

Ughhh..i feel like crap.

Well, I am going to let my stomach (hopefull) settle for a bit then I will brave the drive home. All I want to do is collapse.

Iiiiiiiiick. I remember being in a similar situation once - food poisoning, acute onset in the middle of the workday at Cadence. I musta been in the bathroom for a couple of hours before I managed to get a phone call out to Rick to COME GET ME!! I got most of the way out to his car before decorating the bushes, too.

I hope your drive home is uneventful in ALL ways... and I hope you feel better soon!

I probably should talk to a doctor. I do not find them all that helpful, so I have started not bothering. However, this recent sinus thing refuses to die...bleah

I am not ruling out food poisoning as a possible culprit, but I think it is probably sinus/inner ear related. The sinus infection is lingering a bit (Not as bad as it was a few weeks ago, but it is still existing), and Monday I had a dizzy spell during dance which almost resulted in me passing out...bad, bad. I am used to dizzy spells as my ears are quite f**ked-up, but this one was worse than normal. I am having some pressure in my ears, so I may be nauseated as a result of the sinus/ear problems. When I got ear infections regularly (up until I was 16) I got violently ill with them. I may go to the doctor tonight.

Well, I stayed in bed/on the couch all day yesterday... I finally felt OK to eat real food by last night and I managed to drag myself into work today by noon. I am still feeling very out of it and funky, but much better than Wednesday night.
