Adventures of a Maude in Training

Photo of they day for today: Thirsty Bee. Shot this at Ardenwood when we were there on Sunday. I had first noticed the water drops on the plant and wanted to try to capture those then I noticed the bee. I didn't have the macro lens on and there was no time to switch and still capture the bee shots so I shot this with my telephoto. Love that I got the bee's tongue and I really like how the bee is framed by the leaves. And I still captured the water drops. This looks better when viewed larger unless you don't like bees.
