Photo of the week for 02/22/14: Serenity. On the third day of our trip to Yosemite last weekend we visited the Happy Isles area, one of my favorite places in the valley. Here is a long exposure shot of some moss covered rocks and a fallen tree...this scene combined with the sound of the rushing river in the background pretty much exemplifies why I like this spot so much.

Really nice depth in this one. It looks like a wide angle.

Thanks! Yes, this is pretty wide...16mm, f/16, 3.2 sec exposure. Tripod, obviously used. :) Shot it wide on purpose
