Photo of the day for 01/03/14: Garden Reflections. A couple of weeks ago I took to the kids to the Japanese Garden in Hayward which we just learned existed. One of the highlights for me were the amazing reflections on the koi pond. I shot this today of the reflection of the trees in the pond.

Thanks...I am really excited about this one. I got a number of really cool reflection photos, but this is my favorite. Converting it from color to this toned black and white really pushed it over into pencil-drawing territory which I think is looking pretty cool.
