Photo of the Day for 09/13/13: Winter Leaves. Shot this at Crane Park in Turlock, the park across the street from where I went to high school and very near my elementary school, the day after Christmas in 2011. We were in town for the holidays and had taken the kids to the park to play. The park has lovely new playground equipment that the kids had a lot of fun playing on. A piece of the old playground equipment, something we played on as kids, is now fenced off with a sign noting it is a "historic monument". I must be old. The tree pictured here is huge and very old as the park is in a very old part of town.
