Photo of the day for today: Paddel Wheel. A couple of days before Christmas last year we took the kids to see Nutcracker Sweets at Fort Mason...it is the hour-long Nutcracker geared towards litte kids. They both enjoyed it, S. more than L. as S. currently likes watching performance stuff more than L., but a good time was had. We also visited the San Francisco Friends of Library and bought books and went over the Fisherman's Wharf to poke around and have lunch. After we ate we walked out to Hyde St. Pier to look at the boats at the San Francisco Maritime National Historic Park which we were only able to do for a while as it was raining and quite windy. It was there that I shot this paddle wheel. We later saw people get into the water in swim suits which did not look like a great idea.
