I was working on finishing packing our hospital suitcase so it would be ready whenever we finally need to go to the hospital to have this baby. I left the suitcase open on the sofa as I am still working on it and Harlie decided to pack herself.

She seems to fit well at least.

We were just mentioning this morning that having a pet nearby in the hospital can lower one's systolic password by 10 to 15 points...

Our little beastie is a nice calming influence when she is calm. We kept joking in our childbirth class that she was going to be my "focus object."

She might. She also has used partly unpacked suitcases for beds before, so I am thinking she may just like it as a bed. She is a funny little beastie.

We are very fortunate that Harlie never spite pees or poops, even when she is really angry with us. She will meow at the top of her lungs, but peeing and pooping have only ever happened in her box.

I think she just likes the suitcase to sleep in as she has done it before post-trips.
