You made a persimmon pie for a party once. I think it was at Joe's. You brought in the pie, uncovered it, and insisted that I try it. It was all full of cinnamon and cloves. After I'd taken a bite, you took the rest of the pie to the next guest and insisted he try it, eventually tagging everyone in the room.

I remember going out to eat with you and Peter after a Big Moves event. I was with Carol. We were laughing because we all ordered our steak rare. You and Peter were talking about how much you loved your dog, and dogs in general. You said cats were ok, but you'd probably rather have a pet mouse, so a cat was out of the question.
