ouchy arm, improved lungs

Yesterday was my first full day back in the office in 2.5 weeks. It was good to be back, if exhausting. Before work yesterday I went to the doctor for a check-up and the doctor was very pleased to see how much I'd improved. My lungs sounded good and I just have to go back in a month for a chest x-ray to make sure my lungs are clear. While I was there the doctor made sure I got a flu shot and I was overdue for my tetanus shot so he gave me that as well. Both my arms hurt now from the injections, particularly my left arm where they gave me the tetanus shot.

I am still tired and weak. Walking two miles feels like walking five. Hopefully I will get stronger soon.

Work and more work today. I am so behind here and with Big Moves stuff it is not even funny.
