still sore

My calves are more sore today than they were yesterday. :-( I don't think dance last nice necessarily helped the situation. Ah well...At least I do not dance tonight so perhaps they will recover some. It may be time to use my christmas gift from joedecker and book some time at my favorite hot tub place. My muscles and catzen's soul could use it.
