I am very sleepy and hungry today. I feel like a cat--I just want to eat and sleep. I am having serious problems focusing on work, or anything else for that matter.

Ah well...

I got some stuff done last night. I got the Safeway gift card in the mail from my mom so I went grocery shopping and got things we needed like bread, pasta sauce, potatoes, etc. Then I made cookies, salsa, and dip for the Big Moves video party Friday night. Tonight I will make a few more things for the party after dance. catzen got lots of dishes done last night and the recycling bins were empty so I was finally able to take out the damn recycling. Of course, the trash has been sitting at the curb, full, since Monday. Grrrrr. I am hoping my paycheck comes in the mail today--I am becoming increasingly more cranky about it every day I don't get it. I would also like my W2s to show up sometime in the very near future so I can file my taxes and, for the first time in several years, get a refund--Woo-hoo!!!

Not much else going on with me. I am kind of sore and stiff, but am hoping some of the stiffness gets worked out at dance tonight.

Bleah---someone sprayed perfume or hairpray or something somewhere near me and I am getting sick from the fumes. Bleah, bleah. I really wish people were more sensitive to others in terms of using strongly scented items.

Someone where I used to work always left the elevator and bathroom full of perfume. I don't know who it was, so I assume that she (and assume it was a she) worked on the other side of the building.

But blech. Gag. Perfume in confined spaces. Blech.

When I become dictator, I will banish the use of all perfumes except deodorant and peppermint lotion.

I agree--most scented items just need to not be used, especially in closed places.

Speaking of peppermint lotion, la iguana's feet are thirsty!
