making progress

This week I have actually made some decent progress in the war against the messy house. Yay! It was particularly bad after M. and I had been sick for over a week, with Christmas thrown in there to clutter things up. I haven't yet put all our gifts away, but I have at least gathered them all into one orderly heap. I got some laundry done and paid all my bills yesterday so I am feeling marginally accomplished. More laundry today, as well as more general cleaning and organizng. I plan to attack the mound-o-papers-that-need-shredding sometime in the next couple of days.

Well, off to get started on today's chores...
