mind trips

cassidyroseA few weeks ago I picked up Phish's 6-CD set _Hampton Comes Alive_ which is two complete live shows. So, aside from the name alone amusing me, there is plenty that is just incredible about the shows recorded. It is great to be reminded of dancing on the grass at Shoreline, happy as a clam, listening to wonderful, trippy music, amongst a bunch of freaks like myself.
It is great to *feel* that again.
I am feeling good as I have found that I still have the capacity to get completely "lost" in a piece of music. I feel good that my mind can still be carried off by the ramblings and trips a song like "Stash" takes. I feel good because I can just feel the music and nothing else, if only for a short time.
I guess it feels good to feel like _me_ again.
