Photo of the day for 06/02/13: From Chaos Comes Order. This is part of the huge mess of LEGOS spread out before the LEGO Jeep (the jeep covered in LEGO mats that kids can build on) at Maker Faire. The kids love this (my kids and most all the kids there). I never cease to be amazed at what S. can build from such disparte, seemingly random, pieces. Shot this at Maker Faire this past May.

Photo of the day for 06/04/13: Parrot Portrait. Yesterday L.'s preschool class had a field trip to Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo. While there one of the workers took out Scully the parrot, a sixteen year old African Grey, for the kids to look at. They were delighted by her ability to shell a peanut. Here she is looking quite pretty.
