FYI: offline for ~ 2-3 weeks

I will be mostly unable to post anything for a few weeks (though I may still be reading) as I am having wrist surgery in the morning. There is a mass in my left wrist that needs to be removed and biopsied and while I am cut open the orthopedist is going to try to repair the tendons and nerves so I can again have full use of my left hand. No, this was not something that has been planned--this has all come about in the past two weeks. I will not have use of my left hand and arm for at least 2-3 weeks, possibly 4-6. I will be responding to emails sporadically as I can dictate them to ptor. catzen and ptor will be the people to contact regarding the surgery, recovery, test results, etc., until I am fully back online.
