finally on the upswing (I hope)
Oct. 26th, 2001 01:19 pmWell, the sinus headache is finallly going away in fits and spurts. It varies, but at least it is not as constant as it was earlier this week. I made it through jazz class last night, but had to skip-out on body shaping as an hour of intense exercise was about all my body to handle, still. Dancing is proving to be a bit difficult with this sinus thing as it is making my balance all funky and I feel really off-center.
Ah well...
I finally got the tire replaced on my car today. I think driving around on the spare for a week and a half was pushing it. It is amazing how much better the car drives now that all the tires are up to par :-) Now all I need is an oil change and a mega-wash for the very dirty car.
M. and I went to the storage unit this morning and got out my dance costumes so I could make Halloween costumes out of them Fencesitters' Ball tonight. I was happy to also find my spider legs from my black widow costume from a few years ago--I thought I might have stupidly thrown them out. I figure maybe M. or S. can use them to be a spider...they are really cool and very spider-leggy-looking. They are thin feather boas which I dyed black.
I am pretty much looking forward to the ball tonight. I wish I was less tired and feeling even better, but at least I no longer feel like a truck has run over me.
I feel accomplished as well as I finally rented a truck to get my furniture and other stuff out of storage. B.'s committed to being here on Sunday to help, so I know now that I will get it all done and I will finally have a sofa in my living room again--Yippee!!!
Well, I ought to get some food for lunch.
