Just a quick reminder about Big Moves' upcoming chocolate tasting where I will be performing.

$20 minimum donation gets you unlimited tasting and beverages

This event is wheelchair accessible.

A true Valentine's weekend treat! Big Moves will be offering a vast array of chocolates from the area's finest chocolatiers such as Godiva, Spun Sugar, See's, Scharffen Berger, and Rocky Mountain Choclate factory, coffee and tea from Peet's Coffee & Tea, and a program of exciting size-positive entertainment. Big Moves own Phat Fly Girls will be performing, as will Fat Chance Belly Dance's Second Skin, and Heather MacAllister of Big Burlesque fame (doing an all-ages performance).There will also be a plus-size fashion show brought to you by Go Figure.

Bring your friends and family to Big Moves' biggest fundraiser of the year. This event helps fund Bodies in Motion, our annual full-length professional dance concert featuring large dancers. We need your support to make Bodies in Motion 2003 happen, so come on out, have some chocolate, watch some great perforamnces, and support the programs of Big Moves.

More new Big Moves events and classes:

• On Sunday January 26th our modern dance workshop series begins. This workshop will meet from3-6pm in Berkeley on the last Sunday of each month, January through April. Cost for entire series paid in advance in $80; $25/class drop-in.


• On Friday March 1st the Original Fat-Bottom Revue returns with an all new show for Mardi Gras. Show will be held at Luna Sea at 8pm. $10-15 sliding scale.


• On Saturday April 5th, the Original Fat-Bottom Revue will be at somARTs for a huge cabaret blow-out. This will be the revue's biggest show yet!


• We are still seeking dancers for the Big Moves Modern Ensemble. If you are interested, let us know.
