I seem to constantly have stiff shoulders and sore neck musckels. It seems to be worse lately and I just assume it's from sitting in front of a computer 10 hours a day, and occasionally cradling the phone receiver against my shoulder.
I've been considering swimming as an exercise for a number of reasons: aerobic/cardiovascular workout; calorie burner; being in the water will be less of a strain on my knees that the treadmill or "Life Cycle". Now you've (inadvertently) given me another plus for swimming (thanks, mactavish!)--not to mention the good advice about Alleve(tm).
