Yikes. This next year is make or break. There are three scenarios - we're going to land a big client, we're going to get bought by a larger company, we're going to close our doors and end operations.
One of the three scenarios would leave me out of work, the second is iffy as to whether or not I'd have a job, and the third leaves me with a job that I don't like much but can't really leave since it is a job.
sho' nuff does blow chunks. it's a bad time to be out of work, even the temp agencies don't have anything, which is surely a sign of the times. i hope your friends find something soon, you are able to hang on to your job, and that i find a job to hang on to.
