Still sick.

Still sound like a frog.

Getting better, but am frustrated with my progress. I started crashing around 9 tonight and went to lie to for "just a few minutes". I fell asleep for 7 hours in my clothes and contacts.

Oh well.

I'm hungry. I never ate dinner and barely had lunch yesterday.

Went on yet another unsuccessful trip yesterday evening to look for pants for work. I am too tired to fully express my rage at the fact the current styles are completely inappropriate for my body-type and nothing looks good or fits decently. Gah. Very, very frustrating. Ever since I was a little kid I have had problems finding pants. My legs and butt are big in relation to my body regardless of my size. This makes finding pants a nightmare. It was much easier when I could just wear jeans to work everyday (my former job)--jeans are somewhat easier to fit. And I marvel at the fact that I can go into any of the stores I shopped at yesterday and easily fit into any random shirt or dress, but cannot find a pair of pants to fit to save my life.

blah, blah

I need food.

I also need to find my decongestants.

OK, off to find food and meds.

Sleep is good - I had problems sleeping when I was really sick the last few weeks.

I know what you mean about pants - you and I have different body types, and I think they make pants for someone in between us. I have a friend who's built a lot like you who I used to go shopping with just because she could always find pants that fit me, and I could always find pants that fit her.

Take care of yourself. This bug is _nasty_

pants often suck

I know what you mean about pants. I have had a little belly for ages, and with all these hip-hugging, low-cut, navel-exposing pants I get pissed off while shopping. They look cool on skinny folk, but most women can't wear them, IMO, and be comfortable.

Even in normal jeans I have to accomodate my belly, and that often means that the waist is way too big, and it's too big in the upper leg too. The crotch may also fall too low, in order to get the extra material in front needed to accomodate my "abdominal pouch". I'm thinking if I had my own startup, it'd be as a fashion designer for women with different body shapes -- and not this "one size fits and looks great (choke) on all".

The new low-cut jeans are a nightmare for me and my butt. They don't get _over_ my ass. Grr. And you are right, the style only really looks good on skinny bodies.

I have the problem that the pants end up sagging in the crotch and pocket area once I get them to fit my legs and ass.

Yes, the whole notion that one size is going to look great on everyone is such a crock.
