migraine and knee update

My head hurt off and on yesterday with a few waves of cold sweats, dizziness, and nausea. Nothing too severe, just rather uncomfortable. My head only has some dull pain today. I've been really sleepy and tired all week.
My right knee continues to have some sharp, rather uncomfortable pain. I iced last night and will continue icing tonight. I plan to do the elliptical trainer tonight and that may help warm it up and lossen it up some. I get my Vioxx tonight as well, so that may help.
