I am disgusted but unsurprised by the tax on outsidersreduced rate for FasTrack.

You are certainly right! Two dollars is mighty hefty! I remember when the Varazano Bridge from Brooklyn to Staten Island went up from $3-$4. Everyone was outraged! Now, the toll is $8! The bridge was built in 1964, I believe, and there was only supposed to be a toll until the bridge was paid off. Yeah right!

The Bay Bridge was only to be a toll bridge until it was paid off, but now it needs retrofitting, so the tolls are still necessary.
