cassidyroseNap fail for L. After a very late night. And he is hammering again. He fell asleep holding his toy hammer last night. Here is what Peter reported about last night's sleep adventures:
"Child Person the Younger finally passed out a half hour ago. At 12:30 AM. After hours of careening about his room, singing, hollering, and rattling toys about. Including the Junior Tool Box toy with a little plastic hammer.
Whack whack whack-a-wack!
Not funny.
But what was funny?
I went in after he passed out, stepping carefully through the mine field of foot-jabbers, and got him changed and onto the sleeping mat. When I moved him, he stirred but didn't wake up. He waved his right hand up and down in his sleep. Then his left. Faster on the down stroke.
He was dream-hammering."
But it was kind of a win because a.) he stayed in his room and b.) he fell asleep on his own without either of us in there. He were destroyed by an hour-long nap he took from 4-5pm. We just do not have easy sleepers.
