not fun

Had to go back to the surgeon today. Sinuses are healing fine. That is good. The not so good is that the bleeding I've been having for weeks has been from granulation tissue that formed at one of the wound sites. In order for the bleeding to stop and to prevent infection the surgeon had to use instruments of great torture to remove the granulation.

Just categorically unfun.
