sick kids

S. woke up this morning and promptly vomited all over Peter.

L. slept horribly last night and is congested.

Urgh.

Sucks.

There was a school field trip we were all looking forward to that we now have to miss, because, well, S. is most likely contagious with something or other. He isn't even complaining about me not letting him eat right now. *That* is a sick kid.

Onward.

HAES: Don't make assumptions

My HAES thought for the day: Try not to assume what physical activity you or others are capable of based on body size. Our body sizes and shapes *can* influence what we can and cannot do, but there are few absolutes here. Many a Fly Girl at one time or another believed their size limited them in ways it actually did not. Just sayin'.
